Not as advertised/poor after sales
Can't even get a speed of 10 % of what is advertised i.e. 150 mb/s . I have tried connecting direct to pc and via wifi. Called the support help line but no good. Their support number is a 0845 number which is premium rate number , which is not fair when you have just bought a expensive hard drive.Product might be good for some.

Sehr langsam!
Der NAS Server ist extrem langsam. Dateien aufrufen bzw. speichern dauert ewig (kleine Excel- oder Word-Dateien!). Er wird nur zögerlich im Netz erkannt, manchmal auch gar nicht. Der Zugriff von außen ist noch langsamer und fast schon Glückssache.Auch die Buffalo-App für Android verbindet sich nur sehr langsam, wenn überhaupt mit dem NAS. Der Zugriff damit ist zu kompliziert.Gerät geht zurück. Ich steige um auf Synology (DS218).
