As far as the stripes go I would have preferred the curtains to be mirrored when hung

I had an eye on this curtains for a while as I was planning to decorate my new guest room with nautical theme.The most important thing for me was linen look and feel. I did not want shiny material. You can clearly see on the listing photos they are matte, linen like material, so I'm not sure why some other customers are complaining about lack of gloss. As per colours - due to the linen look and feel the colours have somewhat washed out quality to them, which again, is exactly what I wanted. The cream, light blue and washed out navy go perfectly with my nautical theme. In the main listing photo the colour is definitely enhanced. The listing photo of the cushion shows the colours more realistically (but you also need to take into account your screen settings).As per funky smell - just wash them. I wash all my new garments, from clothes to curtains, as you don't know where it's been, who's touched them and a lot of fabric dyes contain heavy metals. I washed them in 40 degrees and ironed with steam generator - no issues. They hang lovely after ironing.Yes, they are lightweight and they let some light through - which again, I have no problem with. But if you need total darkness this are definitely a no no.They are by no means perfect - as some other reviews mention, the white lining is slightly longer than the front of the curtain, so it shows. However, they were cheap, so I can't complain. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

The colour suit my living room interior

I purchased two sets of these curtains. The wider of the two feels so much nicer than the narrower pair. When I opened the smaller of the two, a damp musty smell prevailed my nostrils. The fabric felt damp to the touch. I read the label, but decided to wash at 30 degrees on a gentle wash. They dried outside, and smelled better and funnily enough, softer. BUT the curtain shrank, and not the lining. As both pair are on different walls, it will not matter that one pair is about an inch shorter than the other. I had to tack up the lining to stop it hanging down below the curtain fabric.Over the last couple of months I have ordered four pair of fusion curtains, the first two were perfect, but this set only 50%. Maybe it was where they were stored, but I hadn't time to return, nor to have dry cleaned. They look fine, but please do not try to wash them!!

Like the material, lightweight good value

I ordered these curtains for our living room as the colour scheme is pink & light grey.They hang beautifully, I love the material, and they really make the room.
