Love this brand, but really wish that I could find the version that is NOT time-released. I feel that this version is not as effective.

Couldn't find the non time release in stores or this stength. Glad I found ot on here. Less resistance than Melatoin where you build up a tolerence and keep having to go up in strength.

I'm pretty against prescription medication for anxiety and depression, so I have been looking for over-the-counter aids.I took one capsule every night for about a month. It helped with my insomnia; I fell asleep easier and didn't wake up in the middle of the night. When I was awake it really helped with my anxiety. I didn't experience racing thoughts like I usually do, and the anxiety relief really helped with my depression.The only big con with this product is that it made me made me really tired and groggy 24/7. I kept taking it every night hoping that my body would get used to it, but after a month I couldn't deal with it anymore. I only take it occasionally now during periods when I feel exceptionally anxious or depressed.Overall a good product to help with both anxiety and depression. I just recommend that you don't take it daily and be prepared to feel sluggish all day when you do take it. But, try it and find out what works for you.

This supplement helped me with anxiety and depression ..May not work for everyone ..but it's worth a try...I started seeing results immediately
