Really helped with not having to install jumper cables.
Great product. Really helped with not having to install jumper cables. They do warp the plastic sometimes so you have to be mindful of how to use them. I typically put 3 or 4 pieces of track together with them and then leave one section without them so I can piece the sections together for maintenance. If you do a half circle of them the warping becomes very noticeable... However, it helps most on those same type of sections, lol. Taping down the track where the warps is seems to help if you can do so without it moving too much to break the electrical connection. Very fiddly. Helpful product, but fiddly.

Great clips but.
Work perfectly, helps keep all my banked curves and elevated track together nicely. Just wish they event so pricey, I’d use on the whole track!

track clips improve connection
the AFX track clips are track specific,although I've used them to hold Tyco track together for a better fit, it's a case of 'making them fit' usually on an angle with the Tyco track I've found, and 'inline' with the "AFX" track,

Racemasters AFX Track Clips
In the HO slotcar community, Tomy/Racemasters track system is widely regarded as the best sectional track you can buy. If you are building temporary layouts (not screwed down to a board) it is often helpful to clip the track sections together to prevent them from working loose. The AFX Track Clips are specially designed for this purpose. They securely lock two sections together and are a snug fit. BE CAREFUL removing them and it is recommended that you wear safety glasses as these will shoot off when pryed loose with a small screwdriver! Great products though and a real help when you want your layout to stay tight between changes.

Perfect for aurora tracks
I have single lane tracks from aurora HO model motoring, the clips are what I need to keep the track together.

Easy to install and remove when needed, a game changer for sectional track.
These things make a huge difference! The track runs much smoother and quitter and requires far less maintenance. A must have in my opinion.
