Seams came apart, material burnt in microwave, can no longer use.
I have been using WheatyBags for years now and unfortunately, this product does not stand up to the rest. Having used my wheat bag a number of times I found the seams have started to tear causing the insides to fall out, which as you can imagine makes quite a mess. I patched these up myself and then went to use it again and whilst in a microwave the material burnt through, leaving a hole and lots of burnt wheat which not only smelt terrible it means I can no longer use my product. As I said i have used this brand of heat packs for chronic back pain for several years now. Other products by the same company I have found to be wonderful, however, due to the many issues with this particular one means i shall not be buying again. In my experience, the cotton and not fleece ones have always been better. Very disappointed.

DO NOT Reheat burst into flames
Good job I got buy one get one free...it doesn't keep warm very long and as I need a wheat bag that stays warm for a reasonable amount of time due to problems with my neck I decided to reheat it when it cooled down so I could use it for a bit longer and it burst into flames. Obviously the wheat inside hadn't cooled enough even though the material had gone cold so not sure how long you need to leave it before you can reheat it. This was the first time I used it so not really impressed. Perhaps you should warm them alternatively and that's why they offer BOGOF. I don't think it will be any good for my neck problems

Not long lasting
My star rating is based on my first month of usage (I have had this about 6 weeks now). I loved this at first. The aroma was lovely but I wouldn’t say ‘lavender’? Anyway, I have only ever heated this following the guidelines however last week it suddenly became very unpleasantly scented. I have left it alone for a week to see if it would subside but it still smells rather unpleasant. I can only assume the wheat inside has burnt but I don’t see how this is possible when I have always followed guidelines and never had any problems previously

It's a good product and I like the fact that it's stitched ...
It's a good product and I like the fact that it's stitched to separate sections so it can sit evenly around your neck. It doesn't give a bad smell off like some wheat bags... I would give 5 stars if the wheat was packed fuller in the middle section so the heat can sit slightly higher on my neck, it slips down every time I lift it so I presume if it was packed more it may sit higher. If you suffer with pain in the shoulders it's better for that but the neck pain won't get much relief from the heat.

Excellent product
I ordered this product as I had been suffering from neck and shoulder pain and needed a heat bag to warm my muscles. This product is well made and is stitched so it has sections which help keeps the wheat in its section. It is a good quality heat bag and the bag sits nicely over the shoulders and around the neck. Would recommend.

Excellent product.
Excellent product. It's a good size to fit around neck and shoulders, and I can walk around (a little carefully) with it on if necessary. Sometimes microwaves up a bit hotter than expected in spots, so I'd advise spreading it out on a table or carrying it around for a couple of mins before throwing it round your neck!

Very pleased
I've yet to use this neck and shoulder heat pack, but I'm very impressed with the quality and value for money. Will definitely use these sellers again, especially as it promotes a UK business. Would definitely recommend to others, and thanks to all previous reviewers for your help, as this gave me the positivity to purchase.

It's OK
Whilst it does have 'zones' to keep the wheat together - better than most, the wheat will still collect together. It could really do with more 'zones' for the sake of some more stitching.One nice touch is that the instructions are on the fabric tag of the bag, meaning that you can dispose of the packaging.For the price, could be better in terms of a final product.
