New Battery for HP Compaq EV088AA 441425-001 HSTNN-LB42

Arrived excellently and in time. Have had no real problems at all as it still charges and discharges well. It could be a computer problem but if I am running the computer hard on battery power, it sometimes turns off randomly. It almost seems like the battery may get overworked and therefore the computer fails, but, like I said, I could be wrong and it could be the computer.

I like the battery because it did what I needed it to do. I could work on my PC for hours before recharging it.

You get what you pay for. Battery life is horrible. I charged the battery to 100% and it dropped to 10% with in 35min. Better then what I had, my last battery was totaly dead, would'nt even hold a charge. I think its a 50/50 chance, other reviews say its good, others say its bad, I think every battery is different, I just got a bad duckling.As far as shipping, very fast. I got my battery earlier then expected. Services is good.

Revived my wife's old laptop with SSD and this new battery, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS runs smoothly however, 2GB RAM proves to be a problem so upgraded to Xubuntu 18.04 LTS. After updating GRUB with some specific changes, it runs smoothly now with base mem usage at around 600MB, lots of room for some work on this old machine.

This battery works great. Nice battery life between charges. Using this in a HP Laptop that is 10 years old.I priced this same battery at different web sites and local stores, and you can not beat the price on Amazon. It was delivered on time.I have recommended this battery to several friends and co-workers and they have purchased the same battery or another battery for their laptops from Amazon and are very pleased.

I was searching for this product since long and many places it was more than $50 or sometimes $80.On Amazon, it was just for $26 + shipping. Its working fine so far! I can recommend this product to my friends.After booking I received the product in just 3-4 days.

The battery works fine, but it doesn't look like the picture. The picture shows the larger battery with a bumpout on the bottom for extra cells, which would give about two hours of battery life on an HP Pavilion. The actual product is flat and gives about one hour of batter life. I wanted the flat one anyway but couldn't find it, so I was actually glad that's what showed up.

Bought this battery to replace my original HP battery for my dv6000 laptop. Charged the battery and never used the laptop without the charger for an entire day. After a day, unplugged the AC adapter (charger) and the battery lasted for approximately 10 minutes and diminished down to 70%. Plugged in the charger and after reaching full capacity again, tried unplugging again and the battery lasted for the same amount of time. Contacted cust svc and received a replacement battery. After charging the replacement for an entire day, unplugged the AC adapter and the laptop lost power within 15 seconds. Attempted to restart computer with the battery alone, and there is no longer a charge. Will be returning both batteries--- based on great reviews, was hopeful, but now disappointed...
