use this as part of our security system. Clear pictures, and takes pictures from angles too. Was recommended to me, and glad I bought it. Plan on adding more at a later date...note though that does not come with SD card so need to purchase that separately. I was not aware of this and had to wait to use the camera. Probably says on the website, and I just did not read it...

I have to say this is the best Moultrie camera I have ever bought! I currently have 5 Moultrie cameras, and this is the best by far. I love that you can set it for time lapse and motion detect at the same time.

Haven’t figured out how to set it up. :-( so we got our son to do it.

Great quality picture and great night vision

The motion detection didn't work at all. Have to return it.

I got this model at Wal-Mart. The pictures are better than those from my cams bought 3 years ago. That might be expected. You can choose either picture or video, not both. It would have been great to be able to put a lock on this. Instead, there is a hole for a bungee cord. One thing that I wonder about with these cams: The cam is pass-code protected. But what stops somebody from removing the card from the cam and accessing the pictures anyways? Not very secure. There is no video screen on this cam - it probably extends battery life.

I HAVE USED MOULTREE CAMERAS IN THE PAST WITH NO ISSUES HOWEVER, THIS MODEL WAS A PURCHASE MISTAKE. THE PHOTO PROFILE IS VERY NARROW MAKING ANY IMAGE DIFFICULT TO SEE. IN DEER PHOTOS ANIMAL APPEARS ELONGATED AND DISTORTED. I CHANGED OUT SD CARD BUT NO IMPROVEMENT. FEEL LIKE I GOT MY POCKET PICKED ON THIS ONE AND MAY LOOK TO OTHER BRADNS IN THE FUTURE.

venting a little bit here but bought this camera for security purposes really. just to keep an eye on the drive and home when we are at work. actually this is my second one, the first one never did work. returned it for another one and it is a year old and now its not working either. press start on the motion detection mode and it counts down and then goes off. set on "no delay" and it will not take pic or video. will take a test shot ok. set the camera on a table and it just keeps cycling back to the start option. will not work on any option, or even the quick start option. just a junk. should last longer than a year just sitting out in the yard. even though two year warrantied will cost more to return to manufacturer than its worth.
