These are some of my top hot sauces for everything. Will order again.

AAMAZINGGGGG!!!! I can’t say it enough these are our new favorite brand hot sauces! Hubby is obsessed with hot wings and when we found these it made it worse lol. Our initial package had a broken bottle that spilled everywhere so I contacted the company and they replaced our order at NO charge!!! Great customer service! But seriously the greatest tasting hot sauces, Hawaiian and Koheloke is our favorite and we’ll NEVER be without it!!!!

(UPDATE: We trashed 2 of them but kept the the "Hawaiian" "chili pepper water" because it can be used as a base for things that you just want to add vinegar heat to.)ORIGINAL REVIEW: I got the 3 pack. Not one of t he 3 has an appetizing smell. In fact they all smell rather bad. As for taste all 3 have fairly high chili heat but not overwhelming. What can be over whelming is the vinegar burn that goes with all 3. Flavors are muddy. The "Hamajang" was my favorite as it was the most edible with good heat and perhaps the least vinegar taste and a touch of something like smoke. That being said, its still not a sauce I would reach for. The "Hawaiian" was the second best and is a "chili pepper water". It has a decent amount of heat, still strong on the vinegar, think of a thinned out Texas Pete's with more heat. Hawaiian Chill Pepper Water is a local thing that I am very familiar with and have made many times. There are numerous variations and recipes but its just chilis, salt and water(no vinegar). The flavor of this chili pepper water is like none I have tried before and I didn't care for it. That being said this one is made with ghost pepper, a very uncommon chili for that sauce. I'll be able to find some use for this one when cooking but likely not so much as a condiment. The last one is the "Kolohe Kid". I don't know if this is actually bad or if is a fermented sauce that just came out awful but this one is destined for the trash. Plus the consistency of this one is like something that was off. I hate to give a bad review and even more so in this case because the backstory on the company is a good one and the product line up seems like winners, but the 3 I got were 2 duds and 1 awful.Also, one of the bottles I received was broken. The plastic in the cap broke. It was simply packed in a layer of bubble wrap and then put in a plastic bag. It needed at least another layer of wrap and or to be in a carboard bot with the bubble wrap. No returns on this so ordering from them is a gamble.

Can't get enough of these made in Hawaii (Maui) hot sauces! So flavorful, really spicy without the over the top burn, just the best you can get!

Officially my favorite brand of hot sauce. Every one of them is very good and you can taste the quality.
