This product is good if your only looking for something cheap and on a budget buy, I advise you to get something more expensive tho as the higher price the higher to expect and that’s correct I didn’t expect much from this mic I just wanted to see what it was like and I expected it to break, after a couple times of using it the mic started to not record and make loud crackling noises instead of the voice recording your trying to lay down, this mic is only good to make like 1 song and then get it gone... if you are looking for something that will last you long term then this mic is not for you, it would last a month at the most! For £40+ tho you can’t go wrong but if you want better quality with everything for example audio, sharpness, recordings... then you want something like a rode of even better! If you have £100+ get a mic with that you will not regret it! Getting something cheap even if it’s your first time you will regret it deffo!

The arm the pop filter all good quality. build of mic is ok. I bought this for vocals and accoustic guitar sound. Back ground Hiss, white noise is way to much. I see others have rated this set up. I would recommend not to waste your money. If you say you just want a cheap microphone have a look at Behringers range. Can spend £14 an have better sound.I do not rate this for any sort of recording over the much cheaper Behringer mics you can get. I have mic up live bands getting a good quality sound. little more adjustment on EQ compared to Shures offering. But can get a nice sound

So this mic is excellent, but ONLY if you use it through an audio interface with phantom power & an XLR cable. The cables that come in the box can produce hissing/crackling & are terrible. I get compliments on discord about my mic quality despite this being £35.stand is okay, a bit flimsy but everything together is a good deal to me

I bought this mic with the intention to use it with my macbook, if you look on the picture the microphone is advertised with a macbook there next to it, however as soon as I plugged the microphone in with my macbook it didn’t recognise it - it was unable to connect with my macbook air and when I tried to record something it came with a high pitched whistling sound. Furthermore the windshield which goes over the mic looks like it had been used already, as there were several dents on it and it didn’t look like it was in brand new condition. Overall I’m not satisfied as even after contacting zingyou customer service they were extremely unhelpful, making suggestions such as “use the soundcard which came with it “ well obviously I had already tried that and it seems as if the item has been falsely advertised as it shows that it’s compatible with a macbook however the item did not even connect, meaning I wasted my time and money, perhaps it could work with a windows computer however I don’t own one, but something tells me that if it was plugged into one it would give the same whistling sound feedback which I heard, and it was virtually unable to record anything which completely defeats the purpose of it being a MICROPHONE! I was interested in this product due to it’s reviews and it’s very cheap price however now I am definitely under the impression that sometimes it’s necessary to pay the normal price for things because this ‘cheap’ microphone didn’t even work at all, didn’t even connect with my computer and the company itself was not providing me with any support as to why their brand new product looks like it had been used and did not do it’s job. To summarise my experience with ZingYou it has been rather unpleasant, and they should change the pictures on amazon as it shows the microphone working with a macbook and this was not the case, customer service were rather unhelpful and it seems as though I was made to look stupid for purchasing this microphone when it clearly shows it being used with an Apple computer. Refund was processed and I will go elsewhere, if you are looking to work this item with a macbook computer, please, save yourself some time and look elsewhere.

This is an excellent product, and superb value for money. The mic comes neatly packaged with everything you could possibly need for your first vocals/commentary booth. The build-quality is of a very high standard, and the assembly of the various components is quick, straightforward, and stress-free. Once set-up, it looks and feels professional, and is frankly far more impressive than something so reasonably priced has any right to be!But of course, all that would be meaningless if it sounded like crap. Luckily it doesn't. It sounds fantastic! The pop-filter works a treat, which is a good thing because this mic does prefer a close-up vocal without too much distance between mic and person. If you get too far away (and I'm talking merely a distance of two feet), you need to push the level considerably, which in turn increases background ambience. But up-close it has a lovely rich sound.For such a small financial outlay you really can't go wrong with this product. Happy customer here. Highly recommended.
