this the benvia gold ground performed as it was promoted. i would definitely recommend it to anyone that want a pep is there step. i mix mine with my special nutrient mix that not only blends well it work! the delivery time was acceptable but when i called support for advice and concerns of how it would possibly mix. - i never got a response. too bad because it could be an excellent selling point. Curious that the Product Description shows 18gm of fiber but the actual container shows a daily dose of one scoop only has 6gm of fiber.That is a difference of 3 times what they say!The Directions on the bottle show 15.6 grams (one scoop) per day and that is only 6gm of fiber.What's wrong with this picture?

Still haven't noticed a marked increase in stamina or energy and get tired pretty easily but it has helped regulate my system. Will keep taking to see if things continue to improve.

Have used this for a couple of weeks haven't noticed any thing that is difference than before that's why I don't want to be on the reorder list

love this but don't care for the expensive pricing. I take it daily but am looking for one that is more affordable although I would like to continue with ben via gold because of it's high fiber content,etc

Makes food clumpy if hot, like oatmeal.
