Have had this clothing rack a few months now. it's doing the job and looks good. I'm really glad we got the one with the shelf on the top. The top shelf gives lots more storage space. Overall happy with this purchase. Would buy a second one if we had the room.

It sounds good on paper, but it is challenging to assemble. The directions are not directions at all, just pictures and it is small and hard to see. The top shelf is not sturdy at all.It holds a nice amount of clothing, however, I would not purchase it again. I expected more for the price.

This rack came out of the box and assembled with ease. I love the shorter overall height as I am only 5’3” tall. The style is clean and elegant. The castors roll with unbelievable ease and do not scratch my ceramic tile floor. The load capacity seems more than adequate and I have hung about 10 very heavy winter coats along with clothing. The shelf holds baskets filled with accessories within easy reach. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This product came with no instructions or online instruction video. There were warped metal pieces of the pipe fitting that made it unsteady. There were bolts that did not appear to go anywhere. Overall very dissatisfied and am unable to disassemble in order to return.

I bought and used this for a photo shoot and it worked great. It was fairly easy to assemble and made the pictures pop. Since the wardrobe was for show only, I was not terribly concerned about its sturdiness. It felt wobbly when we rolled it around the studio. And we only hung a small, minimalist wardrobe from it. But for the capacity I needed it, it worked great. I am only awarding 4 stars because of the sturdy factor.It would definitely make a sharp addiction to a home for minimalist closet. I would be worried about using this in any kind of commercial capacity.

There is a 8.5X11.5 inch sheet printed with a thank you note for purchase on the left longitudinal side; on the right half is the crappiest diagram for assembly I've seen. I went back to the Amazon site for a visualto understand how the product should appear. I'll need to set up a work table, and use my tools to drilland secure the parts to create the finished product. I'm in my mid 70s and did not see the notes that would have steered me away from this item. In the United States I would have expected a product that can be assembled in less than a half hour, and put to use. This mess will require precise measurements and drilling to complete. I did not open the heavy package for several weeks until ready to go- which was a mistake. It is not right to to market a product at this price, then dump a flawed group of pieces on the buyer.

I really love the look and the practicality! Fairly easy to assemble.

Headlines says it. Just a little rickety. ..and yes, I tightened all the hardware. I just needs more rigidity.
