Zebra SB23-CTGR Multifunction Pen Sharbo X CB8 Carbon Titanium Gray

Smoothest, highest quality of construction and “coolest” (if you can say that about a writing implement) pen you’ll ever own. Amazon doesn’t have the best selection of Zebra refills, but comparing the 0.5mm gel rollerball D1 refills to the Uni Jetstream, I’d say the Zebras win hands down. Jetpens.com is on the west coast and they have a great selection of Zebra D1 refills. I’m in Boston and got mine in a week or less for standard shipping. If you’re thinking about buying this pen, just STOP and buy it now. You won’t be sorry.

Being that i don't normally order items from japan, and expected the item waaay later! I've decided to leave a review so that this might help somebody make a choice in purchasing this item. (ordered from Japanese Design Center) The sharbo x "carbon" multi pen arrived a week before it was initially expected (took about 4 weeks). The pen feels nice and premium in the hand with mostly aluminum construction. The carbon fiber handle of the pen feels uniquely smooth to the touch; hating the touch of cold metal I appreciate it, this really is a great design. However, if you don't like heavier pens then you might want to look at more plastic pens, you're paying for the premium of the aluminum body and with it comes weight to consider (about 25.7 g with components inserted). And don't forget to order your inserts! the pen does NOT come with any (can hold 2 pen components[Search for D1 refill components] and 1 mechanical pencil component[make sure it's the sharbo X component]) . Overall i'm satisfied and more than positive that this pen will be in use for a very, very, long time!

The quality of this pen is excellent. It takes Zebra D1 refills, which are just ever so slightly larger than everyone else's D1 refills. I'm told that wrapping tape around a non-Zebra refill can make it fit.

Yeah, the pen is pricey but worth. Rotating is so smooth, the carbon grip feels great, the clip is adequately short, and the pen's weight, length & thickness are absolutely perfect.However, I gave 4 stars; The original clear case was not included for almost $50 pen.

The construction of this pen is flawless and the switching of pens or pencil is unbelievably smooth.

Came quick and looks fine but was in clear plastic with no packaging or box that I've seen on videos. Doesn't look used either, but otherwise works fine with the Sharbo X pens and mechanical pencil refills.
