The product is great and sturdy. Fits well and looks good in our sink. Initially I purchased the wrong size and reached out to the manufacturer to discuss a replacement (the shipment included instructions to contact the them with any issues). The manufacturer worked with me to identify the exact size that would fit our sink and then offered to send me the correct size on them! In addition, they said no need to involve Amazon by sending it back to them to obtain a credit and to give the wrong size to a family or friend or use it as a drying rack. Amazing customer service!

I looked at a lot of these stainless steel sink protectors before purchasing this one. I was worried about fit in our 16" X 30" sink, and alignment with the drain opening on the backside of sink. This one fit perfectly and aligned perfectly with the drain in the back center of sink. The drain opening is centered in rack, 4.5" from backside to center of the opening. It is sturdy and well made. It has plenty of protectors to keep it from scratching sink and came with extras for replacement if some are lost. We have had this about 3-4 weeks and none of the protectors have fallen off. Happy with the purchase!

We really like this grid! Our old solution for our sink was too short to allow the sink to be easily rinsed and it bred mildew because the sink could not easily dry. But this sink grid is just the right hight to allow rinsed food particles to flow easily to the drain while keeping the bottom of the sink safe from damage due to dishes. And it allows the sink the dry well when not in use. As a bonus, it came with both black and white bumpers to match black or stainless steel sinks. We had a question for customer service and they answered every email with helpfulness and courtesy. We would definitely buy from them again.

Purchased the largest offered and while it doesn’t quite fill in the sink bottom, it’s been great for cleaning and protecting the sink.

Exchanged another one that was twice as much because it didn’t fit - for this one. It looks almost identical and fits perfectly in my new sink. Very sturdy, great looking and bonus- came with extra tips for the feet.

I am not experiencing what other reviewers are so I'm fortunate. The protector does it's job. It fits perfectly since I measured first, the feet stay on at all times and it prevents scratches to my new farm sink.
