How to make a great wine cooler
I love this tea. It has a good taste, especially when lightly sweetened, and it looks so beautiful when iced and served in a clear tumbler. It really does bring down my blood pressure (I've measured!), but I have to warn you that it does what first-step blood pressure drugs do -- it is a diuretic, and then some. Also, I like to relax to some New Age or Blues when I drink my tea, which are also helpful in controlling stress, and thus blood pressure, so my study is somewhat less than double-blind or whatever, and it is a statistical study of one. But reviews are opinions written down, and this is mine.Moving on, it is a great tasting tea and blends well with other herbal teas as well as with regular tea.So, referring to the title of my post, I purchased a wine-in-a-box product that is not my favorite Riesling (Why is that so hard to find?) but Pinot Grigio, which is not my favorite under the best of circumstances. But I had a pot of my hibiscus tea in the fridge, so I tried mixing it. It tastes wonderful, the way you'd like a wine cooler to taste and it never does, and the very property that makes hibiscus healthy also seems to allay the effects of drinking cheap wine, something I surmised while conducting primary research, if you get my drift. (No hangover, or at least not much of one.)Here is the ratio I use:Four hibiscus tea bagsFour bags of other herbal tea (I like chamomile)1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar, depending on how much you like the enamel on your teethFour cups boiling waterNote: If you add the sugar before you add the boiling water, it makes the tea MUCH sweeter, so you need to make that adjustment, or possibly do a little trial-and-error study.Another note: I like my tea STRONG, but you might not want to use eight tea bags per pot.Let the tea steep as usual. Removing the tea bags is optional, since herbal tea, unlike Pekoe, does not get bitter with additional steeping. Chill -- the tea, not you.Mix the tea and some wine according to how strong you want your drink to be. I do roughly half-and-half.You don't necessarily have to use cheap wine, or even white wine. I found it works equally well with reds I don't particularly like.I would love to hear from anyone who tries this, especially if you find a way to improve on it. Other than buying better wine, I mean.

Crisp Fresh Taste
I love this tea. It has a wonderful flavor and aroma. I can drink it hot or cold, with or without honey, and it always tastes great! Bonus is that it's a box full of tea bags that will last for a while. Plus, clove is a great antioxidant!

Pleasant black tea
I did a little bit of research on what Russian Caravan tea is supposed to be. I imagined something more potent in taste. I didn't taste or smell the expected smokiness of a traditional Russian Caravan (per historic description). I haven't purchased Davidson's Black tea, that I recall. I do frequently buy their robidos tea. In compary to their red tea and a generic brand of black tea that I do have in the cabinet, this Russian Caravan is a very smooth black tea. Their robidos is also very smooth. Neither of their teams seem to get overly bitter when allowed to steep for too long. Which is a huge plus, in my book.Specifically about the RC, it did arrive with some dark/black power or perhaps shake in the ziplock. Not sure what that is, as the robidos doesn't have any shake when it arrives. Tbf, the shipping box and tea box were smashed a bit. So it's unclear whether that is a normal state for the RC.As mentioned, it is a smooth and rather subtle tea. No bitterness. It have a very subtle sweet sensation and also a very subtle, sort of creaminess to it. It could just be a creamy mouth feel. I only mention these, as I am new to the style of tea and unfamiliar. They are not unpleasant attributes, in my opinion. In fact, I am not a fan of sweet teas, if that clarifies how subtle the sensation is.I was going to get Davidson's Black tea next month or so, but, while this isn't the taste exploration I had imagined it to be, it cancels my desire to buy the black tea as a tea cabinet refill.I like the idea that this company owns their whole process. And it's organic!I've given a fourth star for these positives beyond the "average -ness" of it resembling a plain black tea.

It's a great rooibus tea
My husband and I discovered this tea while traveling in Africa for a convention and safari. It has it's own flavor. Davidson's organic rooibus tea is the only one we buy. We've tried others, but this is our favorite in the States.

Has benefits
My wife feels this licorice root tea has helped her with her acid reflux and contributes to a better nights sleep. She very much enjoys the sweet taste without any need to add sweeteners. We will keep this as a staple in our household moving forward. Davidson’s Lapsang souchong is my preferred choice so we both get to enjoy our favourite teas together.

Flavour
The flavour of this tea is mild, the lavender diminishes the traditional Earl Grey Tea flavour somewhat. It is nevertheless a pleasant tea to drink. The relaxation from the Bergamot is slow in manifesting, but enjoyable when it happens about 15 minutes after drinking it. It is a very economical purchase, 100 tea bags for approximately $15.00 CAN, which beats buying 20 or 25 tea bags for approximately $5.00 to $7.00 at the store, depending on the brands available.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I was an avid fan of Second Cup Cherry Vanilla tea. However, they discontinued with the item about 10+ years ago. I looked on and off to find an alternate and ran across Davidson's Organic Tea. And I have high praise for it. It tastes exactly like I was hoping it would. They have now found a new regular customer.

Thank God somebody makes a pumpkin spice tea!!!!
The tea could use a lot more pumpkin flavour. I have to add pumpkin spice bakery emulsion to really feel like it’s pumpkin spice tea. The ingredients are really just Rooibos with a spoon of pumpkin spice mix which really doesn’t contain any pumpkin flavour.
