Light olive taste... perfect for cooking and dressings. On the pricey side but worth it.

I received this olive oil, originally as a gift. When I ran out, I HAD to have some more. It is beyond delicious! So rich so flavorful. I lightly pour this over some bakery fresh bread and absolutely enjoy every bite. It is a true treat. I highly recommend this olive oil. I will be a frequent buyer!

A very decent price for a high quality olive oil. I keep the bottle in a cabinet away from light which extends its life. I add it to salads, use it to heat root veggies in my hot air fryer, use it on fresh salmon, etc. Recommend.

This was highly rated from Grok. I found it to be very thin. Moreso than I expected. It is very peppery. However, I made chimichurri with it for 20 women and they loved it so maybe it was just me.

I first purchased this olive oil from another pricy catalog and upon trying it for various dishes, I would have to agree, "it is truly the best, lightest, and favorable olive oil" I have ever tried. DO NOT pay attention to the negative reviews, some consumers know excellent vs mediocre tasting olive oil. In addition, I have been ordering this exclusively for over 5 years. Enlarge your palate....you won't be disappointed. As far as the price is concerned....you pay for quality vs quantity!

The flavor is outstanding and the taste does not leave a thick paste on the tongue. This brand is by far the "The World's Best Olive Oil. It replaces butter any day on veggies and meat products. Even my fur baby likes the green beans (from Amazon), marinated in this olive oil. I already have recommended this product to my family. I will add this to my Christmas list for friends and families. Je suis tout à fait novice en huile d'olive mais je souhaitais changer de ma traditionnelle huile Puget et me rapprocher du goût des huiles d'olives délicieuses que l'on a parfois dans nos plats des restaurants (du sud ou d'Espagne notamment). C'est réussi ! Ça change de mon huile traditionnelle !! J'ai choisi de commander cette huile (et la Oro Bailen Arbequina) car elles ont reçu un certain nombre de prix. Mon objectif était de départager ces 2 huiles pour ensuite en commander par bidon. Finalité, je n'arrive pas à les départager, elles sont très bonnes toutes les 2 et je dois être trop novice pour différencier les différentes subtilités de ces huiles. Cela reste un prix élevé pour une huile en consommation quotidienne : mon prochain achat se fera définitivement par bidon. A noter que la bouteille est plutôt jolie et dans un étuis carton, donc plutôt idéale pour un cadeau. A noter également que le bec verseur est ultra précis et sans goutte à glisser sur la bouteille même si l'on verse extrèmement doucement. En espérant mon commentaire utile pour celles et ceux qui hésitent 🙂👍
