Great “Zen” fountain
This relaxing fountain is perfect to obtain a “Zen” look in an office, bedroom or anywhere where your want to enjoy the sourds of trickling water. It has a nice light at the top of the fountain and, as an added bonus, comes with a remote that plays music. Theremote didn’t work when I first receivedthe fountain, but a call (yes I got an actual person on the phone) made it an easy fix. They sent a new remote within two days. The customer service was excellent and just because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase other products from HoMedics.

After six weeks, the fountain pump has stopped working.
From the beginning, it did not pump as meant to do. But now it's not even a bubbler. Very disappointing.

Bought for my office
I bought this for my office and I wish that the sound of the water was louder (this is why I got it). I have turned it up all the way and it's still quieter than I would like but it does still give a slight calming effect.

Awesome fountain
This is a very subtle bubbling fountain - NO water splashing or leakage.Perfect Feng Shui fountain.I LOVE IT!!!!The music is an added bonus

A couple notes
The media could not be loaded. So no, you can’t hear the water the way they tell you to set it up. Here’s what you do: add more rock to the bottom and also add rocks in the top to block the regular flow. I also put a rock on top of where the water comes out. Not too heavy or it won’t work. It should sort of dance around in the flow. Unless you’re right next to it with no other sounds in the house you don’t really hear the motor. If you don’t get the water to trickle so you can hear it you’ll probably just hear the motor. 4 out of 5 because I had to figure out how to make the water trickley and soothing on my own lol

I bought this at my local Fred Meyer.It is easy to set up.What I don't like - you cannot hear the water, just the motor. There are not enough rocks to completely cover the rock area - and for 50 bucks or more, there should be enough rocks.The music is nice, but sometimes I want to just hear the water, or hear the water trickle through the music.

Weak pump
After 6 months, the pump doesn't push the water through at all. It was never strong. I like the fountain visually, so I tried to order just a pump to see if I have a bad one, but it isn't possible.
