high quality and great price
I recently purchased for my 12 years old daughter , she used to have iPhone , but she broke few of iPhones , she was excited when she have this phone , the body is hard plastic made except the screen , protect the phone very well without case ,plus the phone is water resistance , no need to worry phone dropped into wash basin ( I been try throw the phone into water for over 15 minutes and nothing happen to the phone ), 5 inches screen is big enough for her to watch YouTube , ins. and plays little game . Two sim card slot built in , I guess make much more convenient , but she only needs one . The battery lift is very strong , she charged the phone very two days , when she have iPhone before , needs charged every day . The only thing is the phone doesn't support 4G LTE , only 3G , but for the price , I don't expect too much . She love the phone , I am happy with this purchased .

Caution
ALWAYS CHECK RATINGS BEFORE YOU BUY - both phone and vendor. Bought the first one but discovered that the Battery is built so be weary of longevity - mine quit after 6 months. I did buy the insurance and ordered the same phone from the same vendor, who sent one right away. Was suppose to be unlocked and TM compatible. Just opening the box something was wrong -the screen had dirt and fingerprints and definitely was not new. Both dual sims holders were reversed and broken - could not read sims card after two attempts.

More rugged than a hard boiled egg, Sim Processor shot shortly after 6 months of use.
*Update* This thing is a POS. My phone has essentially been a paperweight for months with no real reason why aside from the software/firmware is crappy to begin with. There’s nothing “rugged” about this phone. If it can’t withstand a SAHM with 2 electronically-Savy but screen limited toddlers, I can’t imagine it ever doing well on a hike, rock climb, mountain climb, etc that it claims to be great for. I do NOT recommend this, and customer service has been nonexistent from the start. Don’t waste your money.... and I am not one to typically write a bad review. Just being 100% honest.I bought this phone for two reasons... 1) to have a phone withstand my toddler girls and I heir constant curiosity with electronics that has resulted in 2 shattered phone screens (RIP Huawei Mate SEs 😓) and 2) to have a no frills phone that has enough storage capability to take and keep one of pictures, because my animals and kids are adorable. Added bonus was that I could take underwater pictures... cool!I guess I got what I paid for. I use Mint Mobile and the phone is essentially a paperweight if I am not connected to WiFi. My reception in my area with the Huaweis using Mint Mobile was much better. Takes forever to load a webpage and I have to turn my phone on and off if transitioning from WiFi to data unsafe. All of my Mint Mobile settings are correct and what they need to be. If not on WiFi, I don’t receive messages and texts until I restart the phone. Super annoying as a stay at home mom on the go.We also spend a lot of time outside, and lo and behold, my 4yo picked my phone up and dropped it on brushed concrete (no pebbles sticking up) and the screen has a deep peck in the glass already that now renders the waterproof feature useless. I had the phone a whopping 2 or 3 weeks and this already happens. Not as rugged as I had hoped, and I wasn’t really even asking for much as far as ruggedness goes. I’m thankful that the screen didn’t completely shatter, but for a rugged phone... the screen is still pretty fragile. Now I can’t return it and am just kind of stuck with it. Phone repair places in my area only fix the big brand screens and prices are astronomical to fix screens anyway, to the point you’re better off buying a new phone (if you haven’t caught on, I’ve been through this before).Sound quality is good, Bluetooth works much better than my old Huaweis as far as connecting to my car and such. I miss having a fingerprint reader, but the newest version of King Kong phones have them. The load times are seriously so slow on this phone though even on WiFi. I would have probably sent this back had my toddler not already wreaked her havoc on it.Also, as others have said, the camera is pretty terrible. The only good ones taken are those taken outside. Thankfully, that’s where we spend most of our time, but frustrating any other time. If I had to do it over again, I’d probably splurge a little more to get the newest version or go with a different phone altogether.

Bought it as a work phone
I bought this for wifi only use, and it has been super! The battery life is great I play music while I work, and sometimes stream with Jango. Both work great. The built in speaker was much better than on other phones even in some noisy environments it is still loud enough to hear. I added an SD card which was a very simple process. It did not come with a lot of apps that you cannot remove and I easily added the apps that I like best and still have plenty of phone memory. The water proof access covers for charging and head phone jack are easily removed and replaced. I have not tested the water proof access by submerging the phone, but it has worked well in rainy conditions for me. The screen is big enough for my fat fingers to use the keyboard when I am using Whatsap to IM. It is a bit heavier than most other phones I have used but it can still be easily gripped. The buttons power and volume control are easily identified without looking and work well.

Phone stops charging
I bought this phone because of how durable the phone is supposed to be. But I have had to return this phone three times for the same reason, the phone stops charging. This last time, there was less than a month between getting a replacement and asking for a refund because the phone won't charge right anymore. A durable phone is no good if it won't charge.

Seems good
Seems to be a good quality phone, just recieved so it hasn't been broken in yet. So I cant really give a full review. But what I can say is it appears to be a quality product, fair price in comparison to other rugged phones, battery life so far exceeds expectations. My only concern is the charger port cover is a rubberized seal, and I have my concerns about durability. My only complaint is the power button is easily pressed and it sticks out a little to far so it may have an on/off issue. Overall from first impression it appears to be a good buy.

Easy to use
Got this phone for my grandpa for his birthday. He love it. Super easy to use and set up. Run very smooth. And good with any SIM card. What I like the most is that it got some weigh to it. My grandpa always afraid to lost his phone. Because he’s old phone is the very small flip phone. And super light weight. When he carry’s around he always check his pocket. Ok now this one is he definitely will notice if is on him lol. Hopefully he won’t complain that is too heavy this time. Overall is a great product!

It's ok I guess, it just doesn't fit nano sim cards
This phone kinda looks like a calculator, and also it didn't fit my sim card, so if you have a nano sim card it probably won't work. Still it's probably a great phone, I just can't transfer my sim card so that sucks.
