THE DOGMATIC IS VERY COMFORTABLE TO WEAR AND OFFERS COMPLETE BUT GENTLE CONTROL The unique strapping under and at the sides of the chin ensures the Dogmatic stays in place and the nose band does not ride up under or into the eyes which causes distress and discomfort to your dog. The loop under the chin to which the lead is attached works independently of the other straps and can be moved forward, downwards, back, upwards or sideways as required without causing any other straps to lose their position. This means the handler can move and alter their dog’s head position leading to total control. An extra bonus is that, in an emergency, the Dogmatic can be used to close your dog’s mouth and turn it’s head to enable you to keep it safe but the loop immediately releases again, allowing your dog to once again pant, drink, carry a toy, eat a treat... We have combined safety with comfort and use top quality materials, fittings and workmanship. Because your dog deserves the best! If your dog is comfortable, it will pay attention and be more open to training/instruction... without any undue distress. Padded, Cushioned Webbing Range - Our unique Registered Design means it will not ride up, under or into the eyes which causes distress to your pet and as it is much more comfortably and securely fitted, it avoids any potential dangers for you or your dog. The padded, cushioned webbing eliminates pulling and lunging with complete but gentle control. SIZE 3 - Dobermann bitches, GSD's, Belgian Shepherd Dogs, Collie dogs/Cross Collies, Standard Poodles, Afghan Hounds, Irish Setter bitches, Irish Red & White Setters, Borzoi, Samoyed, Springer Spaniels, Australian Shepherd Dogs, Huskies, Standard Schnauzers, Bearded Collies, Airedales, Bull Terriers, Boxer bitches, Dalmatian bitches, Labrador/Retriever bitches, Pointer bitches, Weimaraner bitches, Setter bitches, Staffordshire Bull Terrier bitches etc..

Very good headcolllar
Our two-year-old border collie has pulled like a train since he was a puppy. He would be fine in puppy training classes or in the garden if we experimented there, but as soon as we went out in to the real world he pulled. We tried everything -- from turning back every time, to three or four different sorts of leads, to a Halti, and to three different sorts of harness, none worked properly, only one harness had any sort of effect and that lessened the pulling but didn't resolve it. Then our dog trainer suggested we tried this head collar, which she felt was much kinder than a Halti [and which he just pulled against despite his being squashed and face pulled by the pressure, although they have proved successful with other dogs we have had in the past]. So we bought one, and it is like a miracle. He does still pull a little, but nowhere near as badly. And we do still have to use the harness, wth one end of the double-ended lead clipped on the back of the harness and the other on to the dogmatic head collar. We keep the part of the lead coming from the headcollar loose and use it only as a steering mechanism, and as long as we do that he hardly pulls at all. if we tighten that 'rein' up, he flings his head about to get the headcollar off. When we meet other dogs it gives us a bit more control over him to steer him away [he is reactive]. It is not a total solution [yet -- we have only been using it a few weeks, things may get better and better as he gets used to it] but it is a massive step forward and has started to make us enjoy walking him again [it had become a massive pain, literally, in the arms and hands]. I very much recommend this product.

Best buy ever
Brilliant product, I bought one for both my dogs, one is a 20kg mixed breed the other is a six month old Utonagan weighing in at 25kg. I have not been able to walk both dogs together for a few months as they are both pullers and have nearly had me off my feet when they've seen a cat (I'm no lightweight either!) Now with their dogmatics on I can walk both at the same time and they know they can't pull. The collars dont dig into the face like the Halti does, my mix breed hated her halti so much she ripped it off and ate it, she let's me put the dogmatic on with no fighting, the puppy is a work in progress, but once I get it on him (it's like fighting a velociraptor) he is really good with it, will be buying the next size up as he grows, though they do have a lot of adjustment in them so should last a while.

Headcollar
Not keen on this one as my dog can get it off easy because of the loop underchin that hangs down can get his paw in it

Sadly not helped.
We were recommended this product for our Rescue Husky. The quality is good and the fit was ideal.Sadly it hasn't helped with his constant pulling and has made his mouth incredibly sore and swollen so we have stopped using it.

Dogmatic head collar stops dogs pulling
Has stopped my GSD from her pulling me round all over the place. She will now walk by my side. Impossible for her to pull with the dogmatic on. Highly recommended

Dogmatic Size 4 for my GSD and Malamute!
These were the second dogmatics I had bought as my 11 month old GSD and my 9 month old malamute had outgrown their first ones.At a combined weight of 11 stone, my 2 pups are able to pull hard. I have previously used the halti head collar which when pulled on pulled in to there eye, the halti lupi harness, which was shockingly bad, a pets at home 'non-pull' harness to name a few. None of these products were fully effective. The dogmatic is by far the best non-pull product on the market today. It eliminates pulling completely and doesn't ride up in to the eyes and enables you to have a pulling free walk. It is comfortable and secure and allows you to control your dog more easily. It also comes in a variety of sizes and colors. It is made to the highest quality and was easy to fit.I would highly recommend this product if you have a large dog who pulls a lot.It will do your back the world of good!!!

Great but wrong size
Great product but unfortunately I bought the size 3 on dog breed guidance for a spaniel instead of measuring and it's too big so I need the size 2 but csnt return it as my wife threw the packaging away 🙄

The BEST thing I’ve tried so far!
The best thing I have tried so far and my dog is a ‘puller’. He’s been to puppy training classes and we maintain the training but he is a Nosy German Shepherd and likes to be in front of you. It’s the only thing that has kept him from pulling too much. Don’t get me wrong he still does it a little, it’s not a miracle worker but it has helped so much. If you’ve been struggling (I have a bad back), it’s worth investing!
