I looked at lots of reviews on hot yoga towels so I wanted to contribute. I was previously using the Iuga yoga towel. While it works pretty well and is nice and light I find it very slippery unless it is pretty wet. And being so thin, I have to wet it a lot at the beginning of class or it will dry out too quickly and be slippery again. This Gummy grip cush towel is different. It absolutely stays put on the mat. Doesn't even budge. I wet it just a little bit at the beginning of class and it doesn't feel slippery. I find this towel far superior due to the fact that it doesn't move once placed. The only negatives are that it is pretty heavy and you see every little bit of sweat. If you are sweaty and lay down when you get up you see the sweaty shape of your body. This isn't horrible....almost more amusing and something to adjust to.

Wanted to pack it in my carry on to fly...and use as a mat while traveling; but it was too heavy and takes up too much room. Great towelFor hot yoga though.

This is my second time purchasing this towel. Not because the 1st one is damaged or anything. I purchased a second one so I can have two and not have to wash the towels daily. This mat stays put in hot Yoga. I haven’t used any other Yoga towels and I’m glad I started with this one because it’s perfect in that it doesn’t move and it’s good quality.

There is nothing more irritating to me than a wrinkled yoga towel while I'm practicing. I thoroughly enjoy a good Hot Yoga session but I hate getting interrupted to straighten out the wonky towel. This towel has a great weight, awesome absorption, thick feel and it stays put! I never have to adjust it on my mat. It's easy to clean, easy to transport, and so far has held up to a good bit of abuse. I'd buy it again in heartbeat.

It's a bit slippery.

I sweat like a fountain... it just pours out of me; even when I'm not in a heated yoga class. This towel grips way better than my old standard and is my new go-to yoga towel. A little pricy, but definitely worth it.NOTE TO YogaRat: I AM 6'8" AND WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY MORE FOR AN EXTRA LONG/WIDE ONE!!!

I love my new towel! This is the third towel I've tried for Hot Yoga and the only one with NO SLIP. I use it on a Manuka Pro which is not the lightest mat and this towel is a little more solid/heavier than others but the combo should last me a really long time time!

I love this yoga towel. I have the best yoga towel in my class. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this product.
