Perfect.
Perfect size, good gland fitting, doesnt come with weldless mounting hardware, but it doesnt say it does. Absolute perfect final part to my electric brewery controller.

A quality product
Not installed yet, but seems a very well made product. The cable gland seems a really neat idea too, that I have not seen until recently. Just ordered two more.
