Kylee Kegel Exercise Weights - Set of 6 Premium Silicone Kegel Balls for Tightening and Control

I ordered this a few months ago. (I'm writing my own review) This thing wasn't sent to me or discounted. I am in my 50's & when I laugh I was experiencing urinary incontinence. I'm not experiencing that at all & that's why I'm sharing this experience. When I got it, I knew my muscles were weak so I was shocked that I kept trying a heavier weight and it stayed in place. I didn't call them. Figured it out on my own. Don't insert it like a tampon. When it's in, pull the "string" on it, and let it rest as close as you can get it. Hope that makes sense. I use it in shower & I've gone for a walk with one it & it's started to fall out about half way through. This will also help you in the bedroom. Weak walls mean difficulty w/orgasm. I'm noticing a difference. Can't weight to get stronger!!

I am hoping this will help me to control my bladder and other difficulties. Using the weights is not uncomfortable and really easy to use. Easy to clean and the instructions really helped. Be sure to read the instructions, you will know exactly what to do. Make sure you buy water-based lubricant. Don't overdue! This is the exercise for your vajayjay muscle. If 15 minutes make you a little sore or that is too long, use a lighter weight or reduced to minutes. This kegel exercise system is awesome. Once you use these you will never go back to doing kegel exercises without them. The weights are good quality, not cold to touch or cheap plastic. It's actually soft and smooth - nice touch.I've bee using this system 1 week and my pelvic muscles are working better already! I would highly recommend!

Every since I had my lovely kids I have experienced incontinence. This would normally happen when I sneeze or cough or even when I laugh. I would excuse myself to go to the bathroom. These weights have helped me to control my bladder. I can go places without needing to wear a panty liner. I no longer have to worry about the occasional leak.

Finally tried kegel weights after hearing my coworkers talking about it. I really couldn’t believe these things exist! This set is everything, came with a cute velvet bag to keep them clean which makes sense. I haven’t used the doctor service yet but I like that it’s included.

The different sizes made using them with my partner a lot of fun. The challenge we set was to perform routine acts while keeping the weights in place.

I love that the product came with so many options to start off with! Easy to clean and the instructions helped out more then I thought they would! I can’t wait to work more with this kegel system. And also the little bag that came with the product comes in handy so I do not need to keep the box.

I love the colors of them, the lightest in color is the lightest in weight. You can easily see the difference in color so you know which weight is which. Nice variation of weights so there will be one that is right for you. Very easy to use and comfortable. Has a nice little bag as well. I definitely give these 2 thumbs up and fully recommend.

I expected these to be uncomfortable in use but they are not. These are not an overnight fix for someone like me - I'm in my upper 70's. Persistence is the key.
