Chainsaw Chain, Bike Chains, Etc. Breaker and Link Setting Tool Kit (13 Piece Set)

I like the features. BUT the only drive pin that I used bent and then broke when I tried to straighten it out on the first rivet that I tried to use it on. I do not know a lot about metallurgy but I am guessing that the pin was not correctly hardened or wrong steel was used - I do not know. No instructions were included but the assembly was easy enough to figure out. I may try to find this type from another manufacturer.

Did not work! The push pin did not push the link pin out. It bent and broke ! Not made of quality tool steel !!!

Breaker and Link Setting Tool Kit (13 Piece Set) can be used to repair a chainsaw chain is wishful thinking. At its worst, it constitutes false advertising. To support this statement, you can look at two other chain break and riveting kits that Amazon offers that appear to be identical to the Professional EZ Travel Collection Chainsaw Chain, Bike Chains, Etc. Breaker and Link Setting Tool Kit (13 Piece Set) but do not list chainsaw chain repair as one of their capabilities.The Professional EZ Travel Collection Chainsaw Chain, Bike Chains, Etc. Breaker and Link Setting Tool Kit (13 Piece Set) we received had no instructions for use so we found instructions on-line offered by Motion Pro, Inc which does NOT list chainsaw repair as one of its capabilities.I give this product 1 star only because there is no way to choose zero.

Bought for emergency field use.

Once you open the package a flyer states follow the instruction of which there are none. Can't find anything online for this product specifically. Returning. Don't waste your time or energy will not work as advertised.

2.2 pin rounded off and bent before I got the first rivet pressed out. I wouldn't recommend buying this breaker.
