Great quality kimchi. Crunch and texture on point.

I've enjoyed kimchi all over Asia and tried all my local offerings and sampled all nationally available brands and Olive My Pickle has just become one of my favorites and so glad I found them. For me it has just the right amount of heat and tangyness and I like that it has no shrimp as I've developed a mild shellfish allergy over the years and its hard to find a good vegan kimchi as its less traditional. Also a bonus is no added sugar, supplied by local farms, shipped in bags to reduce environmental impact and that they take the extra step to identify the probiotic strains. This all means to me a company that is passionate about providing good healthy foods to their customers. I'll be buying again. (Though not really my place to comment on another review, have to say I don't understand a lower review based only on price where the focus should be on the quality of the product, the price was known when ordered, no surprises, and due diligence with other makers would help make the decision to purchase or not. I too wish kimchi was 5 bucks but important to remember it is a craft product, labor intensive to make and more expensive to pack and ship than so many things we're used to ordering on line. And, OMP is not the most expensive brand out there so if you want quality kimchi and are willing to pay for the health benefits, I recommend giving them a try.)

Some of the best kimchi I've had, it leans more so on the tangy side and that is what I prefer. It is good value for what you get and has all the great probiotics for healthy gut. And I really like the amount of ginger in it as well

Delicious but not too hot

I didn't know this was a refrigerated product and it sat in my mailbox for a day and a half in the sun. I had to pitch it and probably won't bother ordering more.

Too salty for my taste

The only kimchi I like is the vegan or the ones with no fish sauce. This one was so good. It has a good kick of spice as well. I literally ate the whole bag before I could cook anything with it. Will buy again though and will definitely be making kimchi fried rice. They also give you a large bag and the price is worth it. Smell is like classic fermented kimchi and there was no leakage.

The best tasting kimchi ever! I've tried other kimchi on here and this one is the best by far. Other brands have gotten me sick or the taste was odd, this brand is perfect and helps so much with digestion. I will continue to buy these!
