Have apple earphones and b and I but what Gigi said these are better. Took a punt at refurbed pair with a saving off 💯 pounds. Brilliant sound compared to over two plus comfy to wear but am not getting anywhere near original battery life as advertised from Sony I think more checks from supplier as am only getting 1 hr . Good news is if this continues I will be buying a new pair. Yes the drop off is annoying don’t get this with b and o but these sony ear buds are really good just don’t bother with pre set graphic equaliser it doesn’t need it . I’ll keep testing these and any improvement I’ll update but not hopefully thanks for reading

Bought the refurbed version so price was reasonable which is just as well as....Right bud never connects first time (you have to press the button for ages till it tells you the battery life then it wakes up! It also drops out frequently - better after changing setting in the app but still dodgy.I nearly sent them back as the volume was super low with my Fiio MP3 player - eventually I discovered that the volume can be set in the app (though this doesn't seem to appear every time!) and the buds "remember" the volume even when connected to another device! Hard luck if it is a device that can't run the app!!It feels to me like they need a firmware revision but that is probably not going to happen as the new model is out.There is good news - they sound absolutely great, really very impressive indeed. The noise cancelling is nowhere near as good as my Bose QC 25s but it is pretty decent, makes a big difference on the train. Ambient mode is a bit of a waste of time but has some effect. Finally they are comfortable and the case is really neat and works well.All in all for the money I paid the sound quality makes them worth having - if I'd paid full price they would be going back!!

Ok, so the reviews really scared me from buying these (the refurbs) and the original price put me off buying them new.I must have at least 10 pairs of earphones lying around the house all under £50. The price of these things new is just scary right?- unless you’re minted.Having downloaded the accompanying apps as suggested by other reviews I’m totally blown away. Crisp, clear, loud, bassy.The noise cancelling isn’t as good as over the ear £350 things (tried some at pcworld), but because they’re in ear and can be quite loud they are capable of blocking out a fair bit. Just having the noise cancelling on its own just mutes things a little. But yeah I think only those crazy Bose can block out roaring traffic.Not sure what the battery life is like yet as I’ve just got them today. It’s so nice to not have wires or pay £160 for ugly Apple ones. Totally worth the refurb price. Ordered in the evening and arrived the next morning.

Reviews on these headphones are wildly mixed. Some people love theirs whilst others, like me, couldn't return them quick enough.I'll bullet the key points for brevity;1. The case did not charge properly2. The earbuds suffered from terrible drop-outs in signal, making listening to anything unbearable3. The noise-cancelling frankly does not work. At all.4. The earbuds were impossibly hard to sync with my iPhone X and the app was dire. The firmware update failed at 50% and stayed there. It would never finish the update.In short, a truly awful pair of earbuds with mediocre at best sound quality on the rare occasion they did work.These were returned and replaced with a pair of Bose which are in a different league.

First off the sound is amazing on these, the noise cancelling works great and the range, depth of sound really is wonderful.However, the bluetooth connection can break occasionally, I found particularly when walking or when my phone was in a pocket or moving. Having not had other bluetooth headphones I'm not sure if this is common to other models or just this one?A year on and the headphones seem to be faulty. I have also changed iPhone and now the headphones don't even get picked up as a Bluetooth device on the new phone so can't actually use them anymore. Sadly they are out of the one year warranty. Whether or not this is due to them being a refurbished pair I don't know.Overall, despite loving the sound from these, I wouldn't buy these again for the money, unless there was a longer warranty and more guarantee of them working.

I bought these as a refurbished unit and I am very happy that I did as they are definitely not worth the full asking price. I also own the 1000XM2's so thought I would have these for the summer months. I must admit that I love the audio as much as I do with the XM2's. The issue is that when you receive calls the sound is only played through the left bud. There is also a latency issue using any video so the audio is often delayed. I would say that it is not worth using these for that purpose. The battery life is decent as I get three hours okay time but considering you get five hours plus from others that should be considered. I would definitely recommend you consider the Jabra Elite 65t which I purchased for the wife. A mate highly recommended those and upon trying them for myself it covers all areas but I like the Sony audio more.

What hifi are right. These are really excellent and, at almost half price (refurbished), these are a real bargain. I would buy at full price they are that good.

I read all the other reviews of these before deciding- f*** it, I’ll try it. I was apprehensive due to what some others had said, but I updated them with no issues and off I went.Sound quality is amazing for an older model, sound cancelation is second to none. Only niggle is the battery life seems to be demonised from the manufacturers 3hours to around 2. Otherwise they’re in decent condition for second hand, and pound to value well worth the money.

Impaccable quality for a refurb. Usb plug feels a bit loose but works perfectly.Bluetooth connectivity is a bit choppy in higher em radiation areas. I work close to a telco and it's abit annpying there. Everywhere else is fine.Noise cancelling is pretty good (don't expect miracles though)Most importantly: sound quality is off the scale! True hifi level. Better then the B+W pair I used to have.

(même en AAC = priorité à la qualité du son)Point à noter qui n'est pas négligeable, il n'y a pas d'indicateur d'état batterie sur le boîtier de recharge...Le seul point noir concernant le reconditionné, est que j'ai reçu les deux paires d'embouts silicones L (pas de M)Et deux paires de tour d'oreille M (pas de L)...

Spelen enorm goed, gebalanceerd vol geluid, echter de connectiviteit laat steken vallen, rechter earbud valt geregeld weg noise cancelation is overbodig en de batterijduur laat ook te wensen over daarbij is de lipsync bij videos 1 sec later, met andere woorden, er zijn betere producten verkrijgbaar voor minder geld...

Bon rapport qualité prix.
