HoMedics NMS-375 Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heat

so I got this and was excited until I tried it. The thing does not fit around my neck and there is no adjustments at all, by that i mean the rotating things in it that are suppose to massage you, they actually pinched the heck out of my neck and I am a skinny person. I do not have some big fat neck. So I returned it almost as fast as it got here. these are thing to go to the store and try first then buy.

This doesn't really get shoulders but it does an excellent job on my neck. My neck muscles get so tight that I get headaches and this helps to relieve that. Yes, it can hurt but that's if the muscles are tight and sore. I took off a star because it is advertised as a shoulder massager but it isn't wide enough for that. It is a great neck massager though.

This is the second one of these I have bought so far. I love mine, so I gave one as a gift to a friend , and he loves his also. It is great for deep tissue massages on the neck. I do not recommend it if you are very sensitive to the touch. You can move it around or pull it back from the area where you are massaging, if it feels too strong, I have two disc messed up on my neck and by end of the day I cannot turn my neck left and using this massager help sleep . 20 minutes and done!

I'm so glad I gave it a try! It's perfect for me but I'm sure one size (or pressure) doesn't fit all. I found it to be perfectly spaced to work my neck from all angles. You have to experiment with different angles and pressures using the straps to get the best results. It applies FIRM pressure in shiatsu mode so it won't work those that just want a gentle massage. I suffer from tension headaches and need monthly massage with my therapist to manage, I have high hopes this great little machine will help me in between.Ps you can also put it over your shoulder sideways to release pec/upper trap - works great!

It's actually as pictured, but it's just too large and bulky! I have to sit straight up, and can't lean back on it as it's a very hard surface! I actually like the strength of the massaging points, but they are HARD and too small (about the size of a folded finger knuckle). Should be more rounded and softer. Calling it 'with heat' is a stretch! More like kind of lukewarm! I've used it twice, so awkward and uncomfortable it actually made neck muscles MORE tight and tense.I waited too long to give it the second chance and missed the free returns window 🤨

Update (10/11/2017): I've had this massager for almost two years now and it is still going strong. I haven't had popping noises in a long time and it's never let me down. I'm very pleased with the purchase, upgrading to 5 stars.I really like this massager, it does a good job of massaging and I like the heat feature, but it makes strange popping noises sometimes if I try to pull it around my neck tighter. I get the feeling it won't last very long if I continue to do that. I expected it to be a little more sturdy, but it does alright, I don't regret the purchase.

Does the trick for me 2nd one of this type.SHITZU aspect takes getting used to may be to harsh for some personally would prefer more vibe intensity ..don't think they make them - Bad bike accident 2003 3 skull fractures 5 sub-derul hematomas, 8 leg fractures, Fractured c4 etc etcNot sure if I just sleep wrong but daily neck strain and headaches 5 out of 7 mornings 10 minutes with this baby resolves 90% of it

I love this!! I haven’t paid for a massage since getting this product. I use it every evening before I go to bed. The nice thing is I can manipulate it and use it on my neck, mid, and lower back. I am not sure why there are complaints it was too tight around necks - just pull it apart to fit. The heat is the perfect amount. There are some evenings I have this on for over an hour and it just shuts off - must be an over heating feature because once it cools down it turns back on on it’s own. I have no idea how I have made it this long with my back pain and not owned this.

Much smaller than I thought it would be! You have to be pulling forward on the straps at all times otherwise there is no pressure, which is annoying.The ends on mine light up when I turn the heat on, but it never actually heats up. I also have yet to find a way to position the massager to reach my shoulders...

Not what it seems. Although it works great, this item is VERY small. It looks as though it is a larger version, which is great however, this particular massager is so small it doesnt reach down your back at all and you basically have your hands at your chin so your body is not relaxing either. You can only massage the nape of your neck and not your shoulders or upper back like the larger version. Feeling duped and disappointed!

This item shipped quickly and arrived well packed. I have never used a shiatsu massager before but I was looking for something to use in between the times when I go to my physio. This item works extremely well. The straps allow you to add as much additional pressure as you want to the massage and the additional heat feature really helps to relieve the muscle knots. I am very happy with this purchase. With any luck, I will be able to reduce the number of visits to my physio therapist by using the portable massager.

El producto llegó muy bien pero es muy incómodo al utilizar al grado de que solo se ocupo 2 días y se abandonó en un rincón no es muy recomendable

Ha sido la mejor inversión! Me encantó!!Si tuviera tiempo lo usaría diarioA mi esposo le pareció muy fuerte pero entonces él no usa la modalidad shiatsu y así le parece muy bien
