Doesn't work at all
This replacement battery fits perfectly into my Dell laptop, exactly as advertised. However it comes with no power and doesn't charge up, so is totally useless. It appears to be illegal to return a laptop battery to the sender, as it is a prohibited item (in UK) unless accompanied by the laptop, As I wanted to keep my laptop, I contacted Amazon and got my refund without returning the dud battery. Next time I visit a local tip, I can safely get rid of it. Decided to stick with the almost dead original Dell battery, which still holds just enough charge that I can move my laptop from one room to another without having to restart it.
