Celebrate Portion Control Dinner Plates, Set of 4

These plates are so pretty you'll forget you got them to control your portion size. I love the unique design for each plate in the set. I got these plates for my whole family to not just visualize a good portion size but as a reminder that a healthy plate has a little something from each food group. My 4 and 5 year olds like the pictures and putting their food in the circles. They also like eating off of "Big Kid" plates. I'm so pleased with my purchase and will be ordering the side plates next.

I bought these with good intentions, gave two away, kept two--and have never used them. The plates seem so large after I've been using tiny bowls to control my portions... Probably good for a family situations where everyone sits down to the table to eat together.
