Better Flavor Than Regular Black Peppercorns
I like this blend a lot more than just black peppercorns. I use it to season individual meal servings, and it adds better flavor notes with a little extra kick. I’d use it for cooking more often if I took the time to grab my KitchenAid spice grinder and make a bigger batch, but even using it fresh as needed has been great. This mixed peppercorn blend definitely has more depth and tastes better than plain black peppercorn.

Exceeded my expectations!
I bought my first bag about 6 months ago after my Sams Club quit carrying the Peppercorn Medley. Needless to say I was not disappointed since I am back to order my second bag today. The aroma and flavor is second to none in my opinion. After setting in the cabinet for 6 months the aroma was as strong today as I emptied the last of it into my pepper grinder as it was the day I first opened the bag.

The bag has a good mix of colors that add a lovely effect and taste to food. The flavor is definitely pungent - in a pleasant way. The resealable bag makes it easy to refill my pepper grinder and keeps it fresh. The generous amount of peppercorns means that I won’t run out. Our local supermarket only sells the rainbow mix in a non refillable glass grinder jar that only holds a small amount of pepper. It can’t be reused or recycled because the plastic top cannot be removed. I will definitely be buying this item again.

Good flavor and good price.
They worked great in my pepper grinder. They had better flavor than the ones I was buying for the last 10 plus years. I will definitely buy Spice Lab peppercorns again. Oh and price wasn't bad either.
