Made a fantastic birthday cake!
I purchased this cake pan and a set of the cake mixes. I made 5 of the cakes using the pan in the microwave and stacked them to make a fantastic protein birthday cake for my son. We were all pleasantly surprised that it tasted so good! The pan is great and the cooked cakes fell right out with no sticking at all. Will be sending it with my son to college so he can make his own protein cakes!

Very versatile!
Love this bakeing pan! Not just for protein brownies, I use it for nose small batch baking /cooking. This was my breakfast this morning- scrambled veggie omelet! Cleans easy, and folds away nice and thin for storing in the cupboard!
