Sennheiser CX 100 Ear Canal Headphones - Black

These are great headphones and not too expensive. Just be careful with the pads falling off and maybe getting lost and be careful with them so as not to tread on them or stretching the wires. I'm impressed with the sound quality and they actually fit in my ears quite nicely. Haven't tried using them whilst running on a treadmill yet in particular whether they stay in whilst running. But I'm pleased with my purchase.

I bought a pair of these quite a few years back at an airport as I had forgot my usual pair and was pleasantly surprised at the sound, which was much better than my old ones. I have used these for about 5 years or more and they have started to crackle a bit, mainly due to me falling asleep with them on and tangling the cable into knots in my sleep, so I've bought another pair. You won't be disappointed with these.

Very solid pair of earphones for sound quality. Cable frayed on my last pair after a year or two, this pair seems noticeably more bassy though. Perhaps a tad on a boomy side at times, unfortunately. There's also a fairly annoying oversight here: There's no marking to tell you which ear has the left and right channels, so if you're using these to play games or watch a video then be prepared for confusion. I dabbed some colored nail polish on the last pair just to give some indication. I'm sure sticking and L and R on there somewhere wouldn't kill them.Edit: Once again the cable has, well not so much freyed as 'melted' around the ear. Wish they made this style with detachable cables. I almost want to try and get headshrink on them. This eventually progresses to one side stopping working. I really don't want to have to pay £20-30 each year to compensate for the headphones liquifying until the wire eventually breaks due to strain.Please beyer, choose a better cable material that isn't dissolved my skin oils or sweat, and start marking the directionality.

I don't know why people are complaining about this product when it's £25-30. The sound quality is great with great bass quality as well (I've turned the bass level up on my phone and it still sounds really good with these earphones). Yes, the casing does start to deteriorate after a year or two, but I've bought several of these of the years and they've always lasted at least two years each time. I think these are a great 'every day' use kind of product, so you can just stuff them in your pocket or bag as they're pretty hardy. The noise cancellation is really good too. I'd recommend these to everyone.

With very clear highs and decent mids (they feel a little off colour but it's not bad), these are great for the price. If you're the kind of person who likes ear rapturing bass though, these might not be for you.

I had chosen this in ear buds for size (I can put the head on side on the pillow without problems), small enoughMusical they are not, compared to other cheaper but not as comfortable ones. But good enough for audiobooks.Bought in June 2020, now in January 2021, useless, they ussually last 2-3 years in my hands, this ones 6 months.The volume has been fading on one chanel for a while, now both are down, enough to be useless on HP laptop as well as on Samsung phone. I have other earbuds to compare. the buds are clean and look undamaged. They were newer exposed to water, indoor use only.Cabling is rubber surfaced, it does not survive skin contact well, but did not break yet. Others are usually plastic, and that goes hard over time around ears, and breaks.I contacted Sennheiser, as some warranty should exist. Waiting for reply, will update.
