Prompt on time delivery. well built strong, smooth drive. Compact size, value for money. A few problems with sections missing and tension control but Orbus Leisure have a very good customer care policy and we are working to resolve that. I will give a further review when the cross trainer is fully working.Follow up on initial problem:- All resolved. Cross Trainer up and running, excellent machine. very quiet . Took advantage of the cheap price sadly that is all that is good about this exercise equipment. After one month the fly wheel started knocking badly, a replacement was sent and it was not long before the new cross trainer also failed. You really get what you pay for with this cross trainer it looks good and once you get it built gives you the impression of a real high end system but that is not the case when in use.You will burn more calories in frustration rather than actually on the cross trainer. It is a close of you get what you pay for low price low quality.

Bought as a replacement elliptical trainer as our more expensive NordicTrack elliptical trainer failed after just 7 months. Compact, sturdy design does everything that it should with quiet efficiency. Shorter stride length than some models, so it may not suit a tall user, but it is fine for us. Easy to assemble by one person with occasional help to hold bits together. We have used the Orbus for a few months without any problems, squeaks or rattles so we are happy to recommend it to others.

For the money this is a nice, hefty cross trainer with a decent flywheel and a greater weight capacity than similarly priced units. The electronic display side of things is very simple, giving you the basics and letting you set targets such as time or distance if you so require. No games or fancy displays, it starts when you starts and waits for you to finish. Other reviews mentioned it being creaky, but I made sure to properly tighten ever bolt during construction and dont find it so. The main noise turned out to be the plastic surround that is the cup holder, creaking because it was too tight.Others also mentioned the construction time and cracked flywheel casings. They're not wrong. It took two hours to carefully put together, although having done one a second would only be half an hour. My casing was also cracked, but not so badly as to be noticeable at first glance. I guess the design is slightly too weak in the plastic casing to survive transport of such a heavy package. Its well packed, but clearly there's a slight issue. Mine did not warrant any follow up or new parts, the trainer works fine and will do me for a while yet.

Resistance tension has limited effect, needs to be on maximum to feel the effect. Stride length seems a bit small.Appears to be well made.

Great product! Feels very sturdy and professional. Easy to put together and very quiet. Had some delivery issues with the local depot of the courier company but the sellers on Amazon were fantastic and always easy to contact to help sort it out. I would definitely reccomend this cross trainer! Great deal!

This machine is great does what it states. ...but what it don't say is the squeaking is horrendous! ....I have bought this and it has now stood with no one wanting to use it as the noise is so bad.....wish I had not water my money!
