This product definitely looks great in the pictures, but upon arrival there is no sheen to the phone case and is actually rather dull coloured. I’m also extremely disappointed that there is not full coverage to the sides as the listing states. I’ve checked and it states “ These are snap-on hard cases which offer excellent protection to the back and sides of your smartphone.”This I feel is falsely advertised as only 2/4 of the sides are covered and the top and bottom is a clear massive gap! I haven’t even tried this cover on as I need a fully covered phone to ensure my £1400 phone stays damage free.The reason I gave 2 stars is simple:- quick delivery for a personalised item- nice design despite the dullness in personTo get 5 starts I would recommend:- better finish- fully covered sides as advertised

Ordered this personalised but wanted something different and was no problem... I’ve never lost or broken a phone but my £1400 phone has been dropped to many times to count but on floorboards the other day bounced down every step on to laminate then just now from 2 meter drop on to concrete and still great!!!!! Been on the verge of many meltdowns but not with this case!!! Will order when next phone comes out!!!!

The design is great but does not look as good as in the pictures, a lack of sheen on the gold central section which is dull and brown. Its quite fragile hard plastic which is fairly thin. There isnt much of a bumper or any shock resistance. It does not fit well over the buttons so you have to push inside to get them to function. Would not use this make again

I bought this phone cover and couldn't wait for it to arrive. It was delivered really quickly (especially with it being a personalised item). The phone cover itself is beautiful and I love the way it both looks and feels. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size. I had ordered a s9 plus without realising, so be sure you click on the right size for your phone. However, I had contacted the seller. The customer service was excellent! Not only did they respond to me quickly but they have offered to send me a replacement free if charge! Couldn't be happier and looking forward to it arriving. Highly recommend!

this is my second purchase and again great , 2nd order for iPhone 12 Pro max and covers phone great keeping lenses free, not sure why anyone says doesn't fit around phone , its snug and if dropped phone would be ok unless on front which is same, had for iPhone 7 Plus and lasted 2 years didn't crack or fade and name stayed on, excellent value for price and funky cover would def recommend :)

Have had several comments regarding my phone case saying how nice it is with my name on it and the pattern I chose, I'm really happy with it so far, just not sure how long it's going to last as it's not that sturdy but if I have issues in a few weeks i'll edit my review but for now very happy

I loved it or love it it's still on my phone I'm a ten year old girl who tries to getproducts with my name on it but itsnot in the dictionary and it's annoying but now I can personalize it the way I choose it also protects my device from my parents yay me!!!!!!!!
