The product arrived in good packaging, along with a printer roll included. I had ordered a box of the rolls as well that arrived simultaneously as well. The installation is fairly straight forward and the instructions are clear and simple. The only instructions that I had difficulty finding was adjusting the print area of the gel. If you go to the print/paper setup you will get an option of entering the customized print area along with the standard options. We are using it with a mac and it works.

Printer Head not working after only 1 year of non-intensive use
Had problems with connectivity, had to re-install driver a few times. And now, just a little over a year after we bought it, with non-intensive use (eg 5 pics/week on average) the head is not working and keeps throwing error codes. I've re-installed the driver, restarted the printer etc, looks like its a hardware issue this time.
