Good product
2 layers. Soft, sturdy, velvety, absorbant material on top (not cotton I think), with plastic layer underneath. Have used and washed repeatedly, has withstood it.Neck hole is a bit big for a 6 month old, some food may dribble to neck. An additional button would have made it perfect.
