Zoom Reflector quality is standard Profoto quality which means always the best
I often shoot corporate work and at times I provide headshots in studio or on location. You can see how I used the zoom reflector in the background. There is several pieces to this.

Expensive, high quality, maybe not needed for D1 lights..
I have been using a fleet of D1 Air monolights since 2009 when they first came out for all sorts of photography. The D1 lights really flood light everywhere so I got a few of these zoom reflects for two things:1. They keep your beam a little more contained..2. You can attach the all important grids..Grids are my most cherished item and they pop right into these zoom reflectors.HOWEVER...Profoto now has grids especially made for the D1 lights that pop right on without the need for the Zoom reflectors. Just search on Amazon and you will find them. I think that's all you really need with the D1 lights. If the new D1 grids were available when I bought my set of lights I never would have these reflectors which don't really do much without the grids.

Pricey but versatile
Add barn doors, a grid and some colored gels and you can create some great effects.

Broke on the first day
Shoddy build quality, overpriced and heavy. My $15 no-name reflector works better than this. Why do they think they can charge this for a hunk of metal?

Great Profoto quality. Great Profoto price.
Great for what it is and supposed to do but it is insanely overpriced. This would make sense at $120-150 where you could say it's still overpriced for what it essentially is but $230...come now. This type of gouging is expected in the art world where companies love to charge you a premium for wanting tools to express yourself but after 20 years in the various arts this is exhausting to constantly witness and then convince myself to cave into.
