I had to cut out salt as much as possible due to high BP, so I bought this salt-free condiment, expecting it to be bland. Actually, it bursts with flavor on your tongue and I did not miss the salt at all! I love it! Now I put it on everything. Except Cap'n Crunch. 😆

My cooking pleasures!
My husband is a salt Free user due to his HB problem. This product has helped both of us enjoy our food. My Spanish style of cooking has always been his favorite and not using salt to improve the flavor had taken away some of the pleasures from certain dishes. Savory, but heavy on black pepper
I love using this spice mix as a base for my chili. The taste is very umami, but it is heavy in black pepper. If it had a lot less black pepper, I would give it 5 stars. I like that it has no salt. The 3 flavors I can taste the most are black pepper, garlic, and lemon.
