I used it as a living room light
I put this over a chair in the corner. It offers the perfect diffused light when I don't want the bright overhead lights on. The pic is from the side because I was sitting on the couch. It has lovely sakura blossoms on the front and back. It's definitely enough light to read by, but that's really a function of what bulb you put in. It's an inexpensive way to get a light in that doesn't take space on the floor. In addition to all the festival uses.

Worked great for my sons Japanese themed bday party. Only thing I didn't care for was that the paper was super thin and puncture a hole in two of them when assembling them so assemble with caution

It has a place to put a light in it but it does not come with one
It makes amazing accessory to my room. It is a lovely paper lantern that brings a dash of style to my room.

Beautiful. Exactly as described. I am a lover of traditional lanterns and these are fantastic. Not all lanterns are created equally. These lanterns have the best type of stretchers and are a gorgeous addition to our guest room. The lanterns arrived as promised. I would recommended this seller and merchandise to anyone considering a purchase.
