Excellent item!
This night eyes security light is not as bright as I expected it to be, but it serves the purposefor my needs. I placed it in my garage.It is an excellent product. You need three AAA batteries, not provided. The square compartment has to be unscrewedwith a Phillips screw driver to insert the batteries, Make sure you line the compartment lid upproperly before replacing it, Seal it properly so no rain or other unwanted elements can get inif you are placing it outside. Mine is inside, so it should be fine. On/off switch is manual, and whenin the on position, it turns on/off automatically in about nine seconds. I would recommend it as longas you don't need it to activate more than 10 feet away from where it is installed.

I bought two. One did work the other not so much
One of the lights of the two purchased did work but the light doesn't seem to go off.. Hmmm.. I will have to mount it and see further on that. but... the 2nd of the two will not illuminate both bulbs and is not as bright.. Used the same batteries so it's not the batteries that are being used.. Have not heard back from the seller and did request some assistance on the issue with one not working. Other than that, it will do what I want it to do if I have both working.

Not great, not horrible
Not as bright as I would have like, but not horrible. The batteries seem to need replacing more often than I would have guessed. Better than paying an electrician to wire for one tho.

Very poor product
Don't waste your money... ditto. The light is not sufficient to see steps in the dark from ten feet away. The light sensor thinks it is dark around 4 PM in the afternoon on a sunny day. The motion sensor picked up motion from cars on the road about 70 feet away so it was constantly triggering with false alarms, wasting the batteries. I've got two other motion lights that work much better, not from this vendor. This is absolutely not worth the cost.
