I have been usung this product for about 6 months now. It's not often I leave a review but every time I use this I think what a great purchase it was. It's efficient, well made, stylish, and does exactly what it was designed to do. It makes a lovely cold brew and is easy to clean and remove the used grounds. In fact the filter is so well engineered I never feel the need to filter the coffee after it's made. Just pour and sip. Mmmmmm.

I do use this but, bearing in mind some of the other reviews, have to be ultra careful. The handle does look as if it might snap off with the slightest knock. I don't trust the handle to cope with the weight when full. I'm not sure what benefit it is for this jug to be double walled, because it's kept in the fridge, and contains cold liquid. If it was single walled I'm sure the handle could be more robustly attached.HOWEVER, it makes fabulous coffee, and the filter is really good at preventing the coffee grounds from escaping. The free pack of coffee was a nice touch, meaning that it was possible to put into use as soon as it arrived (and then wait the ~12 hours to brew!) Coffee provided was a nice flavour, and mellow. It's a very nice looking jug, even if a bit delicate. Easy to clean.

Initially was delighted with the design and function of this cold filter coffee maker, however, after only six weeks of use this product has started to crack at the handle.I thought that the double wall may have been a decent design for strength but I really wouldn't recommend if you are going to use this brewer on a very regular basis.I have become a huge fan of cold brewed coffee as my morning beverage, especially in the warmer summer months, but I now have to seek a new coffee jug to replace this very young model.To the seller: I assume I am out with my rights to return and ask for a refund?

I love this cold brew coffee pot for both it's design and functionality! The design is super cool and the metal filter is great, it also pours beautifully with the lid on and the filter still inside and has a good seal (my previous pot you had to take the filter out and it was a little messy) It is quite heavy when full of coffee and so I am a little wary of the handle being able to support the pot long term so I am going carefully and holding the pot around the middle for pouring which is fine as it is a slender design. The free coffee is delicious and I am thrilled with my purchase!

I use it for tea only and i am super happy. It has a big strainer and that is what you need for lose tea leafs to unfurl. Good quality and overall nice to hold, never gets hot because of double wall.

Used this for a couple of months now, fairly happy with it. It's easy to use and clean. Good to the price, and the glass is pretty sturdy and it'd the perfect size for the fridge door.

Really easy to use. Ideal product for beginner brewers. Fits perfectly in fridge shelf. Only thing is looks a bit bigger than actually is. Holds only about 4 cups (1 cup = 250mls) with the coffee in.

Absolutely useless, the lid is jammed making the whole thing absolutely useless and to make matters worse I can’t even get a refund for the faulty product. DO NOT BUY!
