I don't see why not if it's leather or suede. Be a good idea to test a small piece that won't show.

Can I use this on air max 90

Probably, I've used on my yellow suede timberlands and didn't leave a watermark before and after use. Try spray behind the heel to test first then spray everywhere after 48 hours if no undesired effects.

Can this be used on velvet?

No. It's for leather, suede, Gore-Tex etc, rather than soft fabrics
