Good control over air flow to multiple sponge filters
I like the quality of these air valves. I previously used plastic air valves to control air flow to several sponge filters, but could not fine tune the air flow enough to each filter. This metal air valve allows me finer control over the air flow.

Adequate at best
There is little control of the air flow. Basically the valves are open or closed. Not very effective unless that is all you want. The air stones closest to the pump I want to reduce the flow and the ones further I wanted to increase so they were all the same. This doesn’t work as the valves are with fully open or fully close.

The packaging was ultra simple. The quality is very high. The valve come with suction cups that work well. The adjustments are easy and smooth. I've had the tanks running for a couple of weeks with zero valve problems. A very good value for the money and I'd highly recommend passing on the big name brands and going with these.
