Great keyboard I'm so glad I bought it. I can connect it to my PC and Mac and work on both with the press of a button. Mouse is silent and smooth.

I like the design of the rapoo products. However there are a few issues with this particular model.- you need to kit the keys around three times before it starts typing when the computer has been asleep or logging in.- the keys are too close together so touch typing takes a bit of getting used to.- the mouse is very small and hurts my wrist

This keyboard is now in the cupboard, tried to set it up to work with 3 computers was a complete failure, after many attempts i finally got it to pair with my 2 macs. when I turned them off and back on I got the message no bluetooth keyboard found. i had to connect my wired keyboard to progress, Maybe it is me I will have to wait until I find expert help.

The keyboard is very compact and comes with the compromises you'd expect of it's reduced size (numpad key positioning) however its nice to type on and looks well. The steel base give it a bit of heft, weighing in at 440g with batteries it feels quite sturdy and robust. There are no lights to assist in the pairing process also there can be a few seconds when switching between devices so this process can be a bit hit and miss however the ability to pair with multiple devices is a great feature not found on many keyboards. The mouse however is really small and in comparison to the keyboard a little cheap feeling. It is precise but the buttons give little feedback with no audible click (which is advertised as a feature) it too can pair with multiple devices so it can suffice as a backup. Unfortunately the software (downloadable from the website) is completely in Chinese so you cannot rely on it for customisation. This keyboard's nearest competition is the well known Logitech K380 which costs similar and receives many rave reviews - this Rapoo unit has the advantage of the num pad (for the same weight), and bundled mouse but the comfort of the Logitech brand and software is a consideration.

I had this product for 3 months shortly after the lockdown in the UK so that I could work from home. I loved it at first - the mouse and keyboard are compact, light, very comfortable to use and look nice.I had connectivity problems with the mouse almost from the start so gave up and used a wired mouse instead.The keyboard worked ok for a few weeks then I had the same problem in that it lost connectivity.I had to keep re-pairing it but the same thing happened repeatedly.I have a fast and expensive wifi connection with BT which never lets me down, and I had put new batteries in both the mouse and keyboard but I still had problems.The keyboard let me down badly when I had deadlines at work and I couldn't get it to do the job it is supposed to do.I gave up and bought a wired keyboard which has so far not let me down.I would not recommend this product - which is a shame as it's attractive and lightweight/v portable. It's just getting it to work consistently that's the problem. Avoid.

Had this for a month or so and really happy with it so far.Reviewed in error. This one was returned as it came damaged. It was a hassle returning it so I bought it from a well known electrical retailer (think indian food) instead. Same product, undamaged and happy with it so far.

Using the 2.4hz dongle it connects perfectly to any device, however it will not connect consistently to my other machine using the other modes. I have to keep unpairing and reconnecting both devices. The keyboard also thinks that it has 0% battery, even though I have replaced the ones that came with the device with brand new batteries. It may just be a faulty device, but so far it does not work as advertised
