I have enjoyed using this treadmill. Setup took me about two hours while watching tv (I was a little distracted). I think it would have taken probably about half that had I devoted my full attention. The instructions were straightforward and concise with little room for confusion. Upon setup I activated the treadmill with the Fitshow app which synced the treadmill to my phone without any problems. The Fitshow app itself is fun and has a good production quality which I found actually helped me stay engaged with the workouts.

We bought 2 of these treadmills and set them up in the family room and walk in the mornings for a short time. Our main goal is to reach 10,000 steps a day, and when my husband and I come up short on steps in the evening, we just hop on treadmill and get those steps in while watching a little TV. We keep them flat, but there is a manual flip under the backend of the belt that give a little incline. We are in the 50s/60s age range, so it's perfect for us trying to stay more active. Speed only goes up to 4.0 (mph, I think), which gives you a good trot, but again, mostly for getting steps in my walking with a surge up to run to get the heart rate up. We've only had them a couple of weeks, but the quality is amazing for the price. The installation steps were few and easy to do. Love that they fold up because our family room is pretty small as it is. We are so very happy with them.

This was a gift and works great and my friend loves all the features. He had no problems putting it together and uses it everyday.
