Authentic Flavor
I am a huge Pho lover. I've been looking for the perfect instant Pho base to make at home. OMG. This is the best. I highly recommend it. It's very flavorful, easy to make. This can cost less than a bowl of Pho at a restaurant. Makes plenty of servings. I love that this products is instant and you can make as little for 1 person or for several people and it doesn't go bad. Very shelf stable however I would be surprised if it last me a month. Its even great to make a cup of Pho broth to drink.

Amazing, GF, and tastes very similar to restaurant pho
This is my favorite instant pho, and I've tried many. I am gluten-free and this one is too, which is awesome. It tastes so similar to restaurant pho so makes for a quick and easy weeknight meal. I grab the GF chicken meatballs from the big bulk retailer that starts with a "C" when they're on sale, add in some of the GF millet/ brown rice noodles cooked separately, and then add halved meatballs to simmering broth with whatever add ins I have on hand like thinly sliced mushrooms, jalapenos, watercress, Bok choy, etc., and finish with some frozen peas and fresh sprouts, chives or green onions, and/or dried chives if in a pinch. It's so good! I always add grassfed beef gelatin early on when the broth is still cold to make it more nutritious and pho-like. It's great with thinly sliced beef or chicken too but I'm more likely to use that on a weekend rather than for a quick weekday meal. I make at least once per month in the cooler months. It's extra delish with some gochujang in my bowl too. My only complaint is that it's the slightest bit too sweet -- not overly, but just a bit, so I cut the sweetness with some extra spice (jalapenos and gochujang) and then it's perfect.

Good shortcut pho
I was unsure how to rate this the first time I tried it. It felt bland? But I've realized it's a decent substitute if you doctor it up a bit. 2nd time, I threw a chicken leg from my rotisserie chicken in the water while it came to a boil, added a dash of cinnamon, and some coconut sugar because I like my pho sweeter with more cinnamon notes. I also added more of the broth powder than is suggested and that made a big difference. In my bowl I drizzled some chili oil. Came out so much better even without lime, sprouts, cilantro or basil, or thinly sliced beef etc. I was out of all the things ๐ Other pluses: it's a good size, gluten free, isn't super salty, not spicy so you can adjust that with your add-ins. Side note: I think this pho powder would also big great to throw in with a pot roast or in a rub.

You will not regret it๐ค
YIS YIS YIS YIS YIS the closest Vietnamese restaurant is over an hour away. I remember the first time I tried it; the sweetest older lady asked if it was my first time eating it. When I told her yes she asked if she could sit with us for a minute. She sat there showing me how to dress it while explaining what every ingredient was. This mix will make me think of her every single time. It is scrumdiddlyumptious. The smell of coriander is strong, BUT coriander/cilantro haters, it really isnโt an overpowering flavor at all. (Think cilantro in salsa). I wouldnโt be making this a house staple if it were๐ค This is truly delicious

Itโs Pho me!
Super easy way to craft yourself a quick pho, maybe a pho on the go haha! The flavor is great, super easy to use and great value for the money. The taste is spot on, not too salty or weak. Perfectly blended. It smelled amazing too!

Very faint beef flavor, heavy allspice flavor.
The broth powder is easy to use. But I feel it takes a bit more to get a non watered down flavor. The flavor is not as a strong beefy broth as I had expected. It is a very light beef broth flavor with a very heavy allspice flavor that way overpowers any beef flavor. Nothing special. Really a regular beef bouillon cube with a sprinkle of allspice would be just as good or maybe better. A lot cheaper too. But itโs a big can, itโll last awhile. I think Iโll just use it as directed and add a small beef bouillon cube to each bowl of broth I make. I just really wish it had more beef flavor on its own.

An Excellent Asian Broth
Wow, it has a wonderful taste! I'll be buying it again. So much easier that making the Vietnamese Pho soup from scratch. A little expensive but well worth the price.

Very good but too expensive.
Good spices. I would buy again if they lowered the price. Price is way too expensive for what you're getting.
