I tried these along with the Kongagrip Convertible Glove/Mitten. I like this a LOT better. The fit is better. Some reviews mention the magnets but those magnets are inside the flap and are meant to hold the heated packages. I haven't tried that yet. The actual finger flab has Velcro along with the thumb. The thumb on this works a lot better then on the Kongagrip one. I like the way the gloves feel on the inside a lot more too. The velcro is a better quality IMO then the Kongagrip. If you are looking for a pair of convertible gloves I highly recommend these. The one warning would be to keep electronics and compasses away from the magnets. They are small magnets so unless you were very close I'm not sure they would be impacted. But if you were to pick up a hard drive it might impact it.

Rather light weight. Could be a lot thicker, and therefore warmer. The color is good.

so my friend let me borrow his gloves and they were the same as these. They really made a difference in the cold. These are exactly the same and i like them alot.

This are nice. I've worn them from my home to the truck, and from the truck into my office building. They are plenty warm for this purpose, though I plan to use them for shooting in cold weather, and are easily switched from mitten to gloves and back without having to remove them. The magnet holds the mitten flap back just fine. The mitten flap and the thumb flap keep cold air out when closed. I've had these just a few days but the quality seems good.

These gloves are advertised as the warmest gloves available. But they are pretty thin .

They keep your hands warm with the mittens in place, very easy to flip back & get ready to shoot with warm trigger finger

Bought these gloves to go over another pair when running in Michigan during the winter. So far, they've kept me warm down to 10 F. The flap is nice to get a finger or two out when I need to pick up after the dog.
