Works great, but it doesn’t fit the brand of screwless plates I bought.

Even though my house is only 3 years new, they had the good ole reliable toggle switches. Flip it up or down = bulletproof & zzzzzz. So when I install my WeMo WiFi wall switch in a 4 switch gang, I had to make the other 3 into paddle Decora style also. I am by no means an experienced DIY-er or even homeowner but these were very simple to install after watching a couple youtube videos. Just remember to turn off the power at the right places & tested wires to make sure they weren't still hot. Then installed these 3 ways & wala = modern switches. Be forewarned again that this is a 3-way switch used for dual-pole wiring - i.e. when you have 2 switches to control one set of lights. Another tip is that when you strip the old wires - insert them into the terminal HOLES not wrap them around the terminals....less chance of things loosening up or causing shorts. While they aren't ultra quiet by any means, they aren't any noticeably louder than a regular flip switch that I replaced. These switches are great and work as advertised. And a couple of YouTube videos later, I was doing a $200 job that a professional electrician would do. -ps- the face plate is NOT included - so factor that cost into your budget.

Works fine easy to install

I only had one spot left in my house with standard switches instead of rocker switches, and that was the laundry / mud room. So I needed a 3 way switch to replace them. These arrived as advertised, nice solid construction. Great solid feel to the switch movement. Push connectors for the wires of course, with the screws if you want them instead, just like the rest. The swap out was a piece of cake, and these went right in the box without any issues. Work like a charm, got them at a great price, and really makes the room look better with these instead of the old fashioned switches.
