Gives your dishes a rich Asian umami burst
This is the most amazing ingredient! I use it in all my Asian dishes and even in others where I want to boost the umami flavor. There’s a lot in this jug, but I prepare lots of Asian dishes so I appreciate the economy of its size. Just remember that it must be refrigerated after opening so make sure you have room in your fridge!

Did you know that "oyster flavored" - read the label - means this is like the molasses of the oyster pot? And nothing else! Just no meat - so it's an extract of the oysters - and taste-tee!
