Birthday soup! This is a tasty but small portion of seaweed soup. Obviously not as good as moms, but I’ll keep buying it.

This is an awesome substitute if you enjoy Korean style tofu stew....I have no clue how to make it from scratch but I crave it often...I think adding another protein would have taken this to another level...which I plan on trying next.
