I just got the kit yesterday so haven’t used it yet, but the tools are much better quality than other similar kits I’d looked at elsewhere. The metal cutters are well-made & look like they will cut the pasta very precisely. The handles on the metal tools, and all the wooden tools are nice quality hardwood, and like the metal tools, they look like they’ve been milled very precisely. The instructions are simple & include photos, so I’m planning on testing it out this afternoon & making some gnocchi.

My package was left open on my front steps. Not happy that it wasn't packaged for shipment properly. I hope everything is in the box. Still have to go through it.I love the items though.

I got this set for my mother who recently taken to making pasta from scratch. Had all the necessary tools for her. And she could make so many different types of pasta with it.

I have used my set several times since purchasing. gnocci board works great and rolling pins. It comes with a small instruction book and recipes which was very nice. I found that if you flour the wood really well then the macaroni doesn't stick to it.
