How many pills would equal 1 Tablespoon?

Wofaa commented that it would take two pills or capsules to equal 1 Tablespoon. Totally incorrect. I called the Now company and asked same question and they told me it would take 23 capsules to equal 1 TBSP. Since most people take caster oil for a laxative purpose, and it will take at least 2 tbsp for most people, they would have to swollow 46 capsules at a time. Can you imagine? I'd rather take the two tablespoons of the liquid.

I can only swallow the size of approx a D3 capsule. How would these capsules compare to those?

I went to the health store to check as to the size of D3 capsule & because there’s different mg, the capsules might be different in size. When I shook the bottles it seemed they were small. The Castor oil capsules are bigger. More like a OO empty capsule. Hope this is helpful & sorry to have take long to figure this out for you.
